Cancellation Policies

We understand that your plans may change and you may need to cancel or change your child's camp registration.  We are pleased to provide the following policies for our 2024 summer camps.

Onsite (in-person) 2024 Summer Camps:

• Cancellations made before April 1, 2024 will be refunded at 100%

• Cancellations made after April 1, 2024  but before May 1st, 2024 will be refunded at 50%

• Cancellations made after May 1st, 2024  but before May 15th, 2024  will receive a 25% refund

• No refunds are available after May 15th, 2024 for ANY reason

• No refunds are available on late or missed sessions for ANY reason

• Any requests for cancellation must be made in writing to info@medicscamp.com

COVID Policy:  If your child has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID or other illness the week of their camp, do not send them to Medics Camp.  We will send any child home who appears ill/infectious.
